Motorhome Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental Period: ___ day minimum__with pick up between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. and 9 AM and 3 PM on Saturday.  Return time is Noon. NO EXCEPTION. (Minimums: Dec. - Jan.,  2 Days; Feb. - Mar. and Oct. - Nov.,  3 days; April - Sept.,  4 days.
  2. Reservation Deposit: Required on all rentals, no less than 48 hours prior to rental.  - Weekend $200; 1-2 Weeks - $300; 3 or more weeks - 1 full week's rental.  THE RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  3. Security Deposit: $400 required at time of departure.  Refundable within 5 business days if paid by credit card, and within 10 business days if paid by personal check.  Refunds paid providing rental is clean, holding tanks are empty, gasoline and propane tanks are full and the rental is not damaged or abused.  Security Deposit will be forfeited if terms and conditions are violated.
  4. Cleaning Fee: $150 is charged if rental is not returned in the same condition as it was when received.  The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
  5. Gasoline and propane tanks are full at time of departure.  Customer is to return rental with gasoline and propane tanks full.  A charge of $10.00 per gallon of gasoline and $3.50 per gallon of propane will be charged to fill the tanks.  This charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
  6. A dumping fee of $25 will be charged and deducted from the security deposit if the holding tanks are not empty upon return of the rental.
  7. Generator Fee: Use of the generator is additionally charged at the rate of $.50 per  hour.
  8. You are given 100 free miles per day of rental.  Each mile after that will be charged at $.25 a mile.
  9. All fees are payable by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express), cash or personal check.  Full payment is due on the day of departure, i.e. balance of rental, security deposit and estimate of mileage charge.  Fees are subject to tax of 11.5% (excluding the security deposit).
  10. In the unlikely event of a break down, repairs under $100 should be completed and paid for by the renter.  Repairs over $100 must have prior  authorization from Endless Summer RV's.  Please save and submit all receipts for repairs when you return the rental unit.  Reimbursement will not be given without receipts.
  11. If involved in an accident, you must notify Endless Summer RV's within 24 hours.  A full police report must be submitted to management upon return of the rental.  Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and/or possible legal action.
  12. Proper identification, employment verification, credit references and a valid drivers license must be presented when reserving a rental.  ALL DRIVERS must have a copy of driver's license on file prior to leaving.
  13. No infant car seats in passenger seat due to air bag.
  14. NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT.
  15. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT.
  16. ALL  drivers must over 25 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
  17. NO Towing.
  18. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  19. Endless Summer RV's reserves the right to refuse any applicant.
